Job summary

You will manage client relationships, lead project delivery, and coordinate multi-disciplinary teams on transit, roadway and highway projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in civil engineering required.
• Professional Engineer license in Washington state required.
• 10+ years of project management experience in transportation infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate business development efforts, including market research, client relationships, developing leads, and securing contracts.
• Manage client relationships and ensure exceptional service delivery on transportation projects.
• Provide project-level design leadership on transit, roadway and highway design projects.
• Coordinate cross-discipline teams and ensure designs meet applicable codes and standards.
• Prepare proposals, budgets, schedules and scope of work with internal stakeholders.
• Monitor project performance and drive continuous improvement in efficiency and quality.
