Pyramid Consulting, Inc. has an immediate need for a Project Manager - Transportation in Kansas City, MO.

This full-time hybrid role focuses on managing transportation infrastructure projects for government and utility clients, ensuring safety, contract execution, and client relations throughout the project lifecycle. The candidate should have 7+ years of PM and roadway design experience, a relevant Bachelor's degree, and a PE license or the ability to obtain one within six months.

Formación

• Minimum 7 years of related experience in project management and roadway design.
• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, construction management, or a related field from an accredited program.
• Texas Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) or ability to obtain within six months.
• Experience with municipal and DOT clients (TxDOT/municipalities).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Knowledge of transportation design guides (AASHTO Greenbook, Roadside Design Guide, MUTCD).

Responsabilidades

• Adhere to safety programs and promote Health & Safety performance.
• Manage transportation infrastructure projects for government and utility clients.
• Lead contract preparation, regulatory coordination, planning, and financial performance goals.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, customers, and contractors.
• Collaborate with multi-discipline teams to design roadway and site development projects.
• Develop cost proposals and qualification statements to meet targets.
• Provide leadership and project management guidance to teams.
• Prepare and present for clients and industry events to enhance branding.
