Job summary

Garver Engineering is seeking a Municipal Project Manager in Oklahoma City to lead transportation projects, coordinate sub-consultants, and manage schedules and budgets on municipal roadway programs. The ideal candidate holds a PE license, ABET-accredited civil engineering degree, 8–15 years of experience, and deep knowledge of AASHTO Green Book, MUTCD, and related design standards.

Strong communication and proficiency with Microstation/OpenRoads are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering from an ABET-accredited program.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong project management and client interaction abilities.
• Proficiency with MS Office and roadway design tools (Microstation, OpenRoads Designer, InRoads).
• Ability to coordinate sub-consultants and manage project schedules.

Responsibilities

• Project management for municipal transportation projects.
• Coordinate sub-consultants and manage project/task scheduling.
• Perform civil design, plan production oversight, and prepare cost estimates.
• Quality control and client interaction.
• Support proposals, interviews, and presentations as needed.
