Job summary

STV, Inc. in South Carolina is seeking a Senior Transportation Project Manager to lead planning, design, development and construction of transportation projects for public agencies.

The role oversees scope, schedule, budget, quality, risk and staffing across preconstruction and construction phases. You will work with clients, technical leaders, assistant project managers, and local leadership to deliver successful projects and grow STV's South Carolina practice.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or related field required.
Professional Engineer license in South Carolina strongly preferred.
Substantial experience managing transportation/infrastructure projects.

Responsibilities

Lead planning and execution of transportation projects through all pre-construction phases.
Direct multidisciplinary teams across roadway, bridge, drainage and related disciplines.
Monitor project performance, risk, schedule and budget; manage client expectations.
Serve as a senior client liaison and coordinate with stakeholders to ensure successful delivery.
