Qualifications

• Ability to lead and mentor civil or transportation engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage IDOT Phase I, II, III roadway and bridge design projects.
• Provide oversight of multiple concurrent transportation projects.
• Serve as primary contact for public agencies and state DOT stakeholders.
• Mentor and develop civil and transportation engineering staff.
• Drive execution of complex transportation initiatives.
