Job summary

Hoyle Tanner is seeking a Senior Project Manager for our Ground Transportation Division in Burlington, VT. The role involves leading transportation engineering projects from inception through completion, developing plans, schedules, and budgets, and mentoring project teams to deliver high-quality results.

With 10–15 years of senior-level experience, you will guide project finances, scheduling, and client management, while exploring opportunities for pursuing additional projects and potential

Qualifications

• BS or MS degree (preferred).
• PE License in one or more New England States.
• 15+ years of increasing engineering or planning and leadership experience.
• At least 5 years of experience as a project manager.
• Strong communication skills and an acute understanding of project finances, scheduling, and client management skills.
• Salary is contingent on experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage transportation engineering projects from inception to completion.
• Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Monitor and manage resources to complete projects on time and within contract, scope, budget and schedule.
• Lead and assemble a project team to deliver complex client deliverables on time and within budget.
• Provide superior client service by understanding needs and concerns.
