Qualifications

• 12+ years’ experience in engineering, with increasing responsibility in projects within the practice area.
• P.E. licensure required; ability to obtain licensure in states Bartlett & West works in.
• Strong planning, budgeting, and project management skills.
• Excellent communication and leadership capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Executes planning for projects, including scope, tasks, estimates, resources, and schedules to complete the project.
• Directs production of project deliverables including studies, plans, designs, and documentation.
• Manages project accounting processes, invoicing, and accounts receivable per company policies.
• Monitors project progress, adjusts resource assignments to maintain efficiency and profitability.
• Maintains client communication and documents progress reviews and meetings.

Education

Bachelor degree in civil, structural, mechanical/electrical or architectural engineering
