Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• California Professional Engineer (PE) License.
• 12+ years of transportation engineering design experience.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD/Civil 3D and Microstation/Open Roads.
• Ability to manage budgets and schedules and communicate with clients.

Responsibilities
