Job summary

Lochmueller Group is seeking a Senior Project Manager to join our Transportation Team. You will lead major transportation projects, pursue growth opportunities, and mentor project managers to expand our capabilities in design-build and other delivery methods.

This role supports multi-office collaboration and client engagement while guiding complex projects from planning through delivery. The ideal candidate blends strong project management expertise on large transportation projects with the

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field required.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
• DBIA certification preferred but not required.
• Extensive and progressive experience managing major transportation projects.
• Experience delivering design-build or other alternative delivery projects is preferred.
• Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead transportation projects through all phases of planning, design, and delivery.
• Mentor and coach project managers and deputy project managers across the Transportation Sector.
• Support pursuits and delivery planning for major transportation projects and alternative delivery opportunities.
• Oversee project budgets, schedules, contracts, and client relationships, ensuring successful outcomes.
• Promote best practices in project management across teams and offices.
