Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Serve as the technical lead for transportation and construction projects.
• Develop and maintain transportation specifications and standard contract documents.
• Assist in budgeting and scheduling during contracting phases.
• Provide constructability/QA/QC review of contract documents.
• Lead project documentation and OPC preparation.
• Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion.
