Qualifications

• 10+ years of construction experience including 3+ years as an Assistant Resident Engineer.
• Fundamental understanding of contracts related to construction.
• OSHA 30-hour training certification.

Responsibilities

• Oversee project schedule, cost, inspections, and turnover.
• Coordinate with contractors for construction execution.
