Job summary

Aldridge Electric seeks a Project Director to lead our Mission Critical team in Atlanta, GA. You will be accountable for project delivery and act as the organization's representative to clients and stakeholders.

Responsibilities include leading all aspects of execution, building client relationships, managing planning and budgets, mentoring field leadership, and promoting safety. A Bachelor’s degree and 8–10+ years in transportation are required, with travel willingness.

Qualifications

• 8-10+ years experience in transportation space with equipment supplier, construction firm or equivalent.
• Established network within engineering firms, developers, and their supply chain.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with all levels of the organization.

Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of project execution.
• Build and maintain effective business relationships for potential projects.
• Understand client funding, capital, and project life cycle.
• Mentor field leadership and project management.
• Ensure proper planning, budgeting, and reporting on all projects.
• Grow customer relationships to expand share of wallet.
• Identify key players in projects and client organizations.
• Champion safety culture and provide safety leadership.
• Host performance conversations to set goals and provide feedback.
