Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in roadway, bridge, and transportation project design.
• Strong understanding of DOT Design Manuals, AASHTO standards, and project delivery processes.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary design teams and managing subconsultants.

Responsibilities

• Manage and deliver transportation design projects according to SCDOT guidelines.
• Lead project scheduling, budgeting, and progress reporting.
• Supervise and mentor engineering staff.
