Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in roadway, bridge, and transportation project design and management.
• Strong understanding of DOT Design Manuals, AASHTO standards, and project delivery processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage and deliver transportation design projects in accordance with SCDOT and FHWA standards.
• Oversee the development of preliminary roadway plans and final construction plans.
• Lead project scheduling, budgeting, and progress reporting.
