The ideal candidate will bring 8+ years of roadway design and project management experience, be a licensed Professional Engineer in WI or able to obtain within six months, and consistently deliver projects on time and within budget while

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering is required.
• WI PE licensure or ability to obtain within 6 months is required.
• 8+ years of progressive roadway design and project management experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage the design and delivery of projects profitably.
• Oversee technical aspects of multiple projects.
• Supervise engineers and staff on projects.
• Develop work plans, budgets, and allocate resources.
• Prepare schedules and track milestones for on-time delivery.
• Lead business development and client relationship activities.
• Coordinate with agencies, clients, and subconsultants.
• Write proposals and participate in interviews.
• Mentor and develop staff, and build client partnerships.
