The position involves leading PM duties, coordinating multidisciplinary teams, mentoring staff, and pursuing new business with transportation agencies across Texas. Dallas-based, salary.

Qualifications

• BS degree in engineering; PE in Texas.
• 10+ years of transportation design experience.
• Proficient with MS Office Suite, scheduling and financial tools.
• Excellent organizational, verbal and written communication.
• TxDOT project management experience and pursuits.
• Proficient in OpenRoads and ProjectWise; TxDOT certifications beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Project Manager delivering transportation projects.
• Oversee scope, schedule, budget, quality and risk management.
• Coordinate multi-disciplinary teams and subconsultants.
• Mentor engineers and staff; engage in professional societies.
• Lead business development with TxDOT, NTTA and other agencies.
• Lead or support pursuits, interviews and proposals with clients.
