Job summary

Jacobs is seeking a Senior Construction Project Manager to oversee and manage large transportation infrastructure projects and PM/CM teams in Texas. You will work with business leaders to plan and manage the Texas PM/CM organization, actively lead on major projects, and help grow the PM/CM transportation business.

On projects, you will plan, communicate, and manage risk to protect schedule, budget, safety, and quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Engineering, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related degree.
• 15+ years of progressively challenging leadership experience on major infrastructure construction projects.
• Experience in business development.
• Strong understanding of project delivery tools and metrics.
• Proven track record in developing and maintaining client relationships for new and repeat consulting work.
• Adept at interpersonal relationship-building and leading diverse teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee transportation infrastructure PM/CM teams in Texas.
• Plan and manage large transportation projects with effective risk management.
