Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture or related field and 10 years related experience, or Master's degree and 9 yrs relevant experience.
• Demonstrated experience in transportation planning and NEPA process.
• Knowledge of Planning and Environment Linkages (PEL) studies and integrating planning outcomes into project development.
• Proven experience preparing or managing federal, state, and local grant applications and funding implementation.

Responsibilities

• Writes and reviews major sections of plans, studies, reports, and environmental documents for projects.
• Leads production of plans, studies, reports, and environmental documents.
• Leads public and stakeholder engagement and presents information to the community.
• Coordinates with project manager, designers, and other disciplines to ensure client requirements are met.
• Mentors staff and provides guidance on tasks and budgets.
• May serve as project manager or task lead on select projects.
