Ideal candidates have 7–8+ years of litigation experience, with transportation/trucking exposure. Products liability and construction experience are a plus; strong client-facing skills are essential.

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Approximately 7–8+ years of litigation experience.
• Strong transportation/trucking litigation background preferred.
• Product liability and construction litigation experience is a plus.
• Proven ability to independently manage complex files and mentor others.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage complex transportation litigation from inception to resolution.
• Draft and argue dispositive motions.
• Take and defend depositions; handle hearings and mediations.
• Oversee trial preparation and develop litigation strategy.
• Advise clients on high-exposure matters; mentor junior associates.
• Work directly with clients, insurance carriers, and claims professionals.
