Job summary

Saddle Creek Logistics Services seeks a Senior Transportation Manager to guide daily operations, strategic planning, client relationships, and service metrics while leading Supervisors and drivers to align with company goals.

You will oversee budgets, drive efficiencies, and develop a high-performing team to deliver reliable transportation services to clients with a focus on safety and compliance.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of DOT/FMCSA regulations and compliance.
• Ability to read and interpret P&Ls and financials.
• Experience with dispatch and fleet operations management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute daily operations and strategic plans.
• Lead a team of Supervisors and hourly associates.
• Manage departmental budget and P&L to meet goals.
• Establish Lean culture and drive systemic improvements.
• Ensure accurate reporting and records for transportation operations.
