Requires 12+ years in transportation/highway design, a P.E. license in VA or ability to obtain, and strong knowledge of VDOT, AASHTO, FHWA, and MUTCD standards. A $10,000 sign-on bonus is offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering with a P.E. license in VA or ability to obtain.
• Proven ability to manage multi-disciplinary teams and mentor engineers.

Responsibilities
