Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering; P.E. in VA or ability to obtain.
• 12+ years of hands-on transportation/highway design and project leadership.
• Proven ability to manage multi-disciplinary teams and mentor engineers.
• Strong relationships with local agencies and knowledge of DOT standards.
• Technical expertise in traffic engineering, drainage, and roadway design.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex transportation projects from planning through delivery with quality control.

• Oversee scheduling, budgeting, resource planning, and risk management.
