Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of transportation or roadway design experience.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license is required.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills are essential.
• Experience with Design-Build or P3 delivery methods is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead roadway design projects including highways and interchanges.
• Develop and review geometric designs using Civil 3D or MicroStation.
• Ensure compliance with AASHTO and DOT/INDOT standards.
• Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders.
• Prepare construction plans, specifications, cost estimates, and technical reports.
• Mentor and support junior engineering staff.
