Job summary

The City of Greeley seeks a Civil Engineer III – Transportation Engineer to lead complex transportation projects from planning and design through construction and closeout. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or closely related field.
• Current Professional Engineer (PE) license or Colorado eligibility within 6 months.
• Five years progressively responsible engineering experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead transportation CIP projects from planning through closeout.
• Prepare studies, analyses, plans, specs, and reports.
• Coordinate with City departments, consultants, and regulators.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to staff.
• Monitor budgets and schedules for projects.
• Ensure compliance with City standards and safety requirements.
