Ideal candidates bring 10+ years in traffic engineering or ITS, strong communication, and a PE license in Arizona. Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D/MicroStation and traffic software is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering required.
• PE license in Arizona required.
• 10+ years of experience in traffic engineering/ITS projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage traffic engineering and ITS projects from conception to completion.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to implement traffic solutions.
• Analyze traffic data and propose improvements for safety and efficiency.
• Mentor junior engineers and technical staff.
