Olsson is seeking a Senior Engineer to shape transportation infrastructure in our Phoenix office. You will lead traffic planning, studies, design, and operations projects while mentoring junior staff and collaborating with stakeholders to deliver impactful solutions.

Ideal candidates bring 10+ years in traffic engineering or ITS, strong communication, and a PE license in Arizona. Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D/MicroStation and traffic software is expected.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage innovative traffic engineering and ITS projects from conception to completion, making your mark on the community!

• Supervise and mentor junior engineers and technical staff, helping to shape the next of leaders in the field.

• Professional Engineering (PE) license in Arizona
• Working knowledge of CAD software such as AutoCAD Civil 3D and/or MicroStation.
• Working knowledge of software including Synchro, SimTraffic, HCS, VISSIM or other similar software.
• Experience with design projects and traffic studies, .
• Local industry knowledge and experience, .
