Job summary

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil, Structural, or Transportation Engineering; Required
  • Master's degree in Civil, Transportation or related business degree; required
  • Professional Engineer license (PE) in CA; required
  • 20+ years of experience leading Southern California transportation project pursuits, project delivery teams, and overall infrastructure improvement projects; required
  • Ability to interface with local clients as firm representative; required
  • Excellent oral, presentation, and written communication and negotiation skills
