Primary Responsibilities

As a Senior Transportation Drainage Engineer, you will:

• Oversee the design process from proposal to plans, specifications, and estimates for highway/roadway projects.
• Coordinate all disciplines involved, manage subconsultants and clients, ensure project schedules and budgets are met, supervise design teams, and perform complex design work on larger projects.
• Perform other duties as needed.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
• At least 10 years of drainage engineering design experience.
• Arizona PE registration, with ability to obtain New Mexico PE registration & CFM.
• Experience with HEC-RAS, HEC-HMS, InRoads, and similar software.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Leadership skills and commitment to our employee-owned culture.

Preferred Qualifications

• 15+ years of drainage engineering experience.
• 10+ years of project management experience.
