Job summary

CDM Smith currently has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Project Manager with previous experience managing transportation design projects to join and help lead our Indiana Transportation group. In this position, you will manage complex transportation projects for major transportation agencies.

You will lead multi‑disciplined project teams, manage and deliver complex transportation design projects, develop the scope and budget for new project pursuits, assist with marketing and business

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• 10 years of related experience.
• PMP (PMI), CCM or DBIA certification required (within 12 months of hire or promotion).
• Domestic and/or international travel may be required; travel frequency varies with duties.
• Equivalent additional directly related experience can be considered in lieu of a degree.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and delivery of transportation projects for major agencies.
• Develop project scopes, schedules, and budgets and monitor progress.
• Mentor staff and expand the transportation design practice.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to ensure quality deliverables.
• Implement CDM Smith quality procedures across the project lifecycle.
