Stantec is seeking a Construction Manager for our Colorado Springs, CO office to lead heavy civil transportation projects. The role focuses on monitoring field construction, coordinating with contractors, and guiding project teams to meet schedule, cost, and safety objectives.

You will manage on-site activities, develop execution plans, and ensure adherence to contractual requirements while maintaining strong client relationships and delivering high-quality engineering solutions.

Qualifications

Valid driver’s license required.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Primavera skills desirable.
OSHA certification preferred.

Responsabilités

Provide construction management leadership to the project team.
Monitor and report on on-site work and advise client on remedial actions.
Lead health and safety planning and ensure compliance with project safety plans.
Oversee project controls, scheduling, quantity surveying, and procurement activities.
Coordinate with construction contractors, subcontractors, and client stakeholders.
Review contract documents, change orders, and ensure alignment with schedule and budget.
Assist in pre-construction planning and execution strategy development.
Work both in office and long-term field assignments on site.
