Job summary

TRC Companies, Inc. seeks an experienced Transportation Construction Inspection Supervisor to oversee inspection teams on highway projects in West Virginia. You will manage staff, review schedules, and coordinate with clients to ensure quality and on-time delivery.

With a strong background in highway construction inspections and certifications, you will lead plan reviews, change orders, and timely project closeouts while representing TRC at key client meetings and on-site engagements.

Qualifications

• Certification in WV TRET IV/V or ability to obtain within 6 months.
• WV TRET III plus 3 years highway construction experience.
• AS or BS degree with related highway construction experience.
• NICET Level IV or equivalent with 10 years of highway work.

Responsibilities

• Provide Construction Management support for Highway Transportation Projects.
• Manage Construction Inspection staff and document construction work.
• Review Contractor's schedules and progress.
• Represent TRC at client meetings and site visits.
• Review plans and records; initiate change orders and extensions.
• Ensure timely closeout of project and certification of materials.
