Job summary

TRC, Member of WSP, is seeking an experienced Transportation Construction Inspector Supervisor to join the Lebanon, PA team on a full-time basis. The role focuses on field inspections, measurements, and reporting to ensure compliance with plans and specifications on PennDOT and highway projects.

The ideal candidate will bring extensive PennDOT-related supervision experience and the required NICET/PennDOT certifications. Competitive benefits and growth opportunities are included.

Qualifications

• Must have extensive PennDOT-related inspection experience.
• Certifications in PennDOT, NICET, and NECEPT are required or strongly preferred.
• Strong field measurement, reporting, and verification skills.

Responsibilities

• Inspect construction work on-site to ensure compliance with plans and specs.
• Take field measurements and perform calculations for daily reports.
• Prepare inspection reports and verify material usage.
• Ensure conformance with project provisions and safety standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

PennDOT Certification Pathways, multiple certifications

NICET Highway Construction Level IV
