Charger Logistics Inc. seeks an experienced Senior Claims & Litigation Paralegal – Transportation to join our in-house Legal Department. You will manage a significant portfolio of U.S. transportation-related litigation and claims, collaborating with in-house counsel and outside litigation counsel.

The role emphasizes internal legal matters, with a stable, well‑organized workload and opportunities for growth within a growing North American logistics organization.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of litigation, claims or senior paralegal experience.
• Strong U.S. litigation/discovery knowledge and docket management.
• Familiarity with trucking evidence and FMCSA-related documentation.

Responsibilities

• Manage and support transportation litigation/claims including bodily injury, property damage and catastrophic loss.
• Coordinate evidence preservation after accidents (records, dashcams, police reports, etc.).
• Prepare drafting of answers, affidavits, notices, motions and other litigation documents.
• Assist with discovery requests, subpoenas, and document collection.
• Maintain litigation files, calendars and case summaries; monitor deadlines.
