Job summary

CommonSail Investment Group is seeking a Shuttle Bus Driver in Mequon, WI to transport senior residents safely and courteously. The role is part-time, Monday–Thursday, 10am–4pm, with a pay rate of $17 per hour.

Responsibilities include assisting residents boarding/alighting, logging trips, and maintaining vehicle cleanliness. Lifting up to 25 pounds is required, with a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• 3 years driving a shuttle, bus, or similar vehicle.
• Chauffeur's License; must have a clean driving record.
• Compassionate care for seniors. The ideal candidate will enjoy helping and working with the senior population.
• Ability to be timely, patient, and accommodating; familiar with the local area.
• Must be able to lift 25 pounds.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• You love to laugh and have fun while working hard to provide excellent service.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents getting on and off the bus, using the safest mode of assistance (lift, ambulation, or transfer).
• Complete bus trip log; follow route safely and efficiently; organize route priorities for productivity.
• Maintain the interior and exterior cleanliness of the bus.
• Fill out daily inspection log at trip start and submit it when completed.
• Maintain a positive attitude to support team performance and productivity.
