The role emphasizes establishing design standards, guiding teams, supporting major pursuits, and partnering with clients to advance urban mobility. A PE license and 10+ years in transit design are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
• 10+ years of experience in transit, multimodal corridor design, urban mobility, or similar transportation projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of multimodal and transit corridor design projects.
• Guide corridor designs from concept through final delivery, including plans, specifications, and estimates.
• Mentor emerging technical leaders and support multidisciplinary project teams.
• Shape the vision and strategy for transit and urban mobility design services.
• Create and maintain consistent design standards, templates, and technical guidance.
• Support quality reviews to ensure designs are well documented and delivered to a high standard.
• Support major project pursuits through technical input on scopes, proposals, and client presentations.
