Job summary

Ring Power Corporation is seeking a Transport Driver to inspect trucks and trailers before dispatch, ensuring equipment meets safety standards and DOT regulations. You will load, haul, unload, and maintain accurate logs while keeping equipment presentable and communicating issues to the Dispatcher.

You will build positive customer relations, comply with state and federal laws, and perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Education: High School diploma or GED.
• Experience: 5-6 years driving; 5-8 years tractor/trailer transport.
• Credentials: Clean and valid Class A Driver's License.

Responsibilities

• Inspects truck and trailer before dispatch and ensures safety compliance.
• Loads, hauls and unloads machines at customer sites or Ring Power facilities.
• Maintains accurate log books and required haul documents.
• Keeps equipment appearance and notifies Dispatcher of problems.
• Maintains knowledge of DOT regulations and state/federal laws.
• Builds good relationships with customers.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
