Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum five years of revenue cycle experience including billing, registration, and insurance verification.
• Prior supervisory/management experience required.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, Access and general IT tools.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills across diverse teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day revenue cycle operations and supervise multidisciplinary staff.
• Coordinate with ATMO, DEM, Clinic and OR to ensure compliant business processes.
• Manage receivables and insurance rejections; optimize cash collection.
• Lead quality improvement projects and develop departmental policies.
• Prepare and manage departmental budget with leadership.
