Job summary

The candidate should have a science degree, 2+ years of relevant experience, and excellent verbal and written communication skills. Flexible work arrangements are available where possible.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in science or related field required.
• Two years of experience in molecular biology and/or histocompatibility testing.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Performs high complexity clinical lab procedures including molecular typing, flow cytometry, and immunoassays.
• Manages projects or parts of projects and ensures lab compliance with regulations.
• Maintains quality of laboratory instrumentation and reagents; tracks inventory and QC.
• Participates in educational activities and may train other technologists.
