You will coordinate engineering, procurement, contractors, and field teams to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the highest safety and quality standards, while removing roadblocks and tracking progress.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience managing transmission, substation, utility, renewable energy, or other large-scale infrastructure projects.
• Experience coordinating engineering, procurement, construction, and field teams to deliver projects safely, on schedule, and within budget.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day execution of transmission and substation projects from final design through construction and commissioning.
• Coordinate activities across engineering, procurement, construction, and field teams.
• Maintain project schedules, action items, deliverables, and execution plans.
• Identify challenges early and develop solutions with internal teams and contractors.
• Monitor timelines, budgets, and KPIs; ensure safety and quality requirements.
