Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering from an ABET-accredited program.
• Minimum of twelve years in utility/transmission engineering or related technical leadership.
• Experience leading cross-functional engineering coordination for complex projects.

Responsibilities

• Provide engineering leadership and coordination for major transmission projects (EHV, 765 kV).
• Serve as the single engineering accountability for project readiness and execution alignment.
• Coordinate scope and discipline alignment across engineering, PM, construction, and external partners.
• Lead risk identification, escalation, and engineering deliverable sequencing to improve readiness.
• Ensure compliance with standards, safety in design, and regulatory requirements.
