Job summary

LUZCO Technologies, LLC. is seeking an experienced Transmission Project Management Supervisor to lead and mentor a team delivering large-scale electric transmission and utility infrastructure projects in the St. Louis area.

You will drive schedule, budget, safety, and quality, coordinating cross-functional teams to meet client expectations and regulatory requirements. You will report to leadership and clients, manage a portfolio spanning $50M–$100M, and travel up to 10% for site visits and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience managing electric transmission, utility, or large infrastructure projects.
• Experience leading or supervising project managers or project teams.
• Strong understanding of transmission project lifecycle and governance.
• Ability to analyze budgets, forecasts, and performance metrics.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor Transmission Project Managers through all project phases.
• Oversee schedule, cost, safety, risk, and quality metrics for delivery.
• Manage capital project forecasts from $50M to $100M per portfolio.
• Support governance documentation and client funding/approval efforts.
• Ensure compliance with standards, stage-gate, and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with engineering, permitting, supply chain, construction, and operations.
• Provide regular progress updates to leadership and clients.
• Travel up to 10% for client meetings and site visits.
