Job summary

You will coordinate studies, develop a ten-year transmission plan, and work with MISO/SPP, internal teams, and external partners.
A bachelor's degree in electrical engineering and strong knowledge of planning standards, economics, and leadership are required.

- Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering with experience in transmission planning or power system operations.
- Detailed knowledge of system planning principles, studies, standards, and engineering economics.
- Strong communication and leadership skills to guide teams and manage multiple assignments.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a ten-year transmission plan and supporting documentation for future projects.
- Represent Otter Tail Power in regional transmission planning studies and stakeholder groups.
- Lead and coordinate Transmission and Distribution Studies Engineers, interns, and external partners.
