Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from an accredited US program.
• 13 years of experience in electrical engineering.
• Experience in transmission planning studies.
• Knowledge of NERC and WECC reliability standards.
• California PE license (Electrical Engineering) preferred.
• Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare load forecast methodology and approvals for PG&E’s transmission planning.
• Lead complex transmission studies and multi-department projects.
• Provide guidance on planning criteria, standards, and regulations.
• Lead inter-regional coordination and CPCN-related project implementation.
• Support regulatory audits and act as a witness/information provider when needed.
