Qualifications

• Five or more years of experience in Electrical Utility Transmission/Distribution design or related field.
• Possess a valid Class C Driver's License.

Responsibilities

• Develops and designs plans for Transmission, Sub Transmission, and Distribution facilities.
• Coordinates tasks with internal staff to ensure projects meet standards and deadlines.
• Oversees environmental permitting and planning for infrastructure projects.
• Provides direction and support, manages workload and performance of the team, reviews contractor packets.
• Performs design engineering, cost estimates, and project management for overhead and underground systems.
• Leads review of planning and system performance studies for compliance with standards.
• Manages environmental planning and permitting with a multidisciplinary team through project life cycle.
• Creates and maintains circuit mapping for overhead and underground facilities.
• Conducts field inspections and ensures planning projects comply with approved plans.
