Job summary

Southern California Edison (SCE) is seeking a Transmission Planning Advisor to lead multiple projects focused on planning, design, and installation of new sub-transmission lines and realignment of easements for third party relocations. You will drive project scope, cost estimates, and scheduling, coordinating with Operations, Engineering, and Environmental teams in a hybrid work setting.

Qualifications

Five or more years of experience in Electrical Utility Design/Transmission/Telecommunication.
Valid Class C Driver's License is required.
Experience coordinating complex projects with cross-functional teams is desirable.

Responsibilities

Develops and designs plans for transmission facilities and related infrastructure.
Coordinates tasks with internal staff to meet standards, safety rules, and deadlines.
Oversees environmental permitting and planning efforts for infrastructure projects.
Provides direction, training, and review of contractor work packets and designs.
Manages project scope, cost estimates, and schedules across multiple delivery channels.
