• Strong leadership and labor relations experience preferred.
• Proficient in project management and technical writing.

• Oversee safety programs and site observations.
• Manage budgets and cost centers.
• Plan and execute projects with department heads and outages.
• Develop capital plans and equipment needs to improve productivity and safety.
