Dairyland Power Cooperative is seeking a senior maintenance planning leader to direct scheduling and work management for our generation facilities in Wisconsin. You will oversee outage coordination, resource planning, and contractor interfaces to ensure safe, reliable operation.

The role requires 7+ years in utility generation or maintenance, with at least 3 years in leadership, and a strong background in CMMS/EAM systems, budgeting and cross-functional collaboration.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field required.
• 7+ years in utility generation, industrial maintenance, or related field.
• 3+ years of leadership or management experience required.

Mansioni

• Lead maintenance planning, scheduling and work management for generation facilities.
• Coach and develop planning, scheduling and work process staff.
• Oversee outage and long-range maintenance schedules with cross-functional teams.
