Turner & Townsend is seeking a Transmission Delivery Lead to oversee planning, execution, and delivery of electric transmission projects. You will lead cross-functional teams, manage schedules and budgets, mitigate risks, and ensure safety, regulatory, and customer compliance.

The ideal candidate has strong leadership, deep knowledge of transmission systems, and experience in capital project delivery within the US/Canada.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience managing utility, transmission, energy infra, or large-scale capital projects.
• Proven experience leading complex, multi-disciplinary project teams.
• Strong knowledge of transmission systems, utility operations, and project delivery methodologies.
• Experience managing project budgets, schedules, contracts, and risk management processes.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
• Proficiency with project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, or similar.

Responsabilités

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of transmission projects, including planning, engineering, procurement, construction, and closeout.
• Develop and manage project schedules, milestones, budgets, and resource plans.
• Coordinate with engineering, environmental, permitting, construction, and operations teams.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, leadership, customers, contractors, and regulators.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks; resolve issues impacting objectives.
• Monitor performance and provide status updates, forecasts, and executive reporting.
• Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, environmental standards, and policies.
• Manage contractor and vendor performance for quality, cost, and schedule.
• Drive continuous improvement and best practices in project delivery.
• Support strategic planning and development of transmission infrastructure programs.
• SOX control responsibilities may apply where relevant.
