• Oversee construction activities of awarded contracts ensuring compliance with PG&E, state and federal regulations.
• Assess complex field decisions using technical knowledge; adjust plans considering cost, risk, safety and customer impact.
• Ensure construction work is completed on time, within budget and to quality expectations.
• Monitor ongoing projects for efficiency; provide feedback and drive improvements.
• Develop and execute action plans to address deficiencies in process or skill.
• Maintain relationships with local government and pursue permits as needed.
• Complete and maintain all project documentation and reporting.
• Ensure customer needs are met and communicate with transmission/distribution partners clearly.
