WSP, in Nevada, is seeking a Senior Construction Manager for our Power Constructors, Inc. (PCI) sector. This field-based role will oversee transmission facilities construction, safety, commissioning, and closeout across client sites in the service territory.

You will lead the field services team, coordinate with project management, and report on progress and costs. The ideal candidate brings 15+ years of field experience, strong documentation skills in Word/Excel, and the ability to travel

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management or closely related discipline.
• Minimum of 12+ years of experience in transmission operations, substation operations, Construction, Engineering, or equivalent education.
• Strong knowledge of transmission construction work, foundation installation, structure erection, wire stringing and sagging.
• Substation construction experience is preferred but not required.
• Ability to read and review drawings and identify the required bill of materials.
• Excellent communication and ability to manage multiple stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Act as the Owner’s representative for the project areas.
• Oversee all aspects of transmission facilities construction including interconnect, safety, commissioning, and closeout.
• Manage project budget, schedule, and quality goals.
• Coordinate and report on contractor and vendor work.
• Lead field services team and interface with client.
• Monitor safety and compliance with regulations.
• Administer contracts and change orders.
